The Arrivals Hotel Ho Chi Minh City

I recently stayed at The Arrivals Hotel From Sunland in Ho Chi Minh City for a few nights. The room was excellent and the pool and restaurant were also very good. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which had a better selection than other hotels I've stayed at in Southeast Asia. I loved the rooftop bar, which offered a nice atmosphere with great drinks and food. The location was also fantastic, with the famous beer street just a short walk away. The small pool on the higher level was a nice addition, and the staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and customer-focused.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, facing the river with easy access to tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and wonderful view. Family-friendly and clean. Overlooking canal with trees, skyline, and river. Rooftop pool a bonus. Superb buffet breakfast. Within walking distance of major sites.

Felt like being home, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a nice area of Ho Chi Minh City. It is located just out of the main tourist area, but still close enough to easily access all the attractions. The attention to detail and value for money is exceptional, especially with the "Secret Deal" which offers excellent prices for the rooms. The staff are friendly and provide great service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The basic amenities in the rooms are more than sufficient, and the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. The views from the hotel are simply breathtaking, whether it's the view of the car park or the spectacular city skyline. Additionally, the breakfast options are varied and cater to vegetarians, which is a major bonus.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vietnam that was conveniently located near the city center and just a short distance from the shopping area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from and the view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel had a pool and access to a steam room and sauna.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could have been improved.

The location of Arrivals Hotel From Sunland was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance to the main attractions and the bustling back-packer area. The rooftop swimming pool provided a fine view of the city at night. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the staff were really good too provide excellent service. Despite a few small drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The basic amenities provided in the spacious and comfortable rooms allow for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast with its incredible view is a highlight, and the delicious cocktails at the 15th floor bar provide a perfect way to unwind while enjoying the great view.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The staff was amazing, always cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. We appreciated the cleanliness of this hotel, particularly our room. this hotel had fantastic facilities, including a rooftop pool and bar. The hotel is close to lots of fantastic restaurants and there's always a taxi available around the corner.

I loved the fantastic service at the hotel, especially when the tour desk contacted the airline to resolve an issue with our check-in. The breakfast had lots of options, and the rooftop bar was amazing, offering amazing views. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is situated beside a charming riverside, which makes for enjoyable walks in the evenings. It's also within walking distance to the main tourist street for nightlife and quite close to the city center. Despite being located in a scummy area, it's relatively easy to get around on foot. The staff are helpful and friendly. The icing on the cake is their rooftop pool, offering scenic views of the bustling city.

One minor downside is the limited variety of breakfast options, which leans towards Asian cuisine.

The street not being located on the main road made it easy for taxi or grab pick-ups and drop-offs. despite some minor flaws, I had a good experience during my Easter stay at this hotel.
